Rye Makes A Comeback

Rye was traditionally made in Pennsylvania or Maryland in the late 1700′s and early 1800′s.  I’m glad to see a resurgence in popularity.  According  to the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, rye sales were up 40% by volume, to 520,000 cases, in 2014.all-the-ryes
